Welcome to the DiviNext Affiliate Program! By signing up and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

To join our program, you must submit a valid platform from which you will conduct your affiliate work. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to promote DiviNext products honestly and ethically. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are properly formatted and trackable. Any misleading, deceptive, or spammy practices will result in immediate termination.

3. Affiliate Commission

You will earn a flat 25% commission on every confirmed sale made through your affiliate link.

4. Payout Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. Payments are processed after a 30-day holding period to account for refunds or cancellations.

5. Cookie Duration

Our affiliate cookies last for 30 days. If a customer purchases within that time frame, you’ll receive credit for the referral.

6. Prohibited Activities

• No false advertising or misleading claims
• No use of paid ads with our brand name or URL
• No impersonating DiviNext or pretending to be part of our team
• No unethical or black-hat tactics

Violations will result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved DiviNext logos, graphics, and marketing assets for promotion purposes. Unauthorized use of brand materials may result in termination.

8. Program Changes

DiviNext reserves the right to modify the terms, commission structure, or end the program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes in advance when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, you will no longer receive commissions for any future sales.
