Eligibility for Refund:

  1. You are eligible for a refund if you request it within the first 30 days of purchasing our extension plugin and layout pack.
  2. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. No refunds will be granted for product renewal payments, as you have had 12 full months to cancel the subscription (applicable to automatically recurring subscriptions only).

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our billing team through the support portal including the email address associated with your purchase.
  2. We will confirm your license details and deactivation, and then process your refund via your original payment method.

Refund Discretion:

  1. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion, and we may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request to help us improve our products in the future.
  2. A refund will only be granted for the initial purchase of a product or membership. If you have purchased, requested a refund, and then made a subsequent purchase, we may not issue a refund for the second purchase.

By purchasing plugins or layout packs from our site, you agree to abide by this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

How long will it take to receive a refund for my payment?

When you are entitled to a refund, we usually process it promptly. However, since we use a third-party payment gateway (Paddle), there may be a delay of 2-3 working days to credit the refunded amount back to your account.
